Store in a cool, dry place. Recommended Daily Feeding Amounts: Weight: 5-9 (lbs); 1/3 to 2/3 (cups) feeding amount. Weight: 10-14 (lbs); 2/4 to 3/4 (cups) feeding amount: Using a standard 8 oz measuring cup. These amounts are averages and your cat's needs may differ. Feeding amounts should be adjusted as necessary to help your cat maintain an ideal body condition. Feeding Tip: Changes in your pet's diet should be made gradually to allow your pet to become accustomed to a new food. Substitute small amounts of the new food for the old food, gradually increasing the amount of the new food while decreasing the old food, over a period of 7 - 10 days. This gradual transition will help avoid dietary upsets. Feeding Your Cat’s Sensitive System: For cats with sensitive digestive systems, these simple feeding techniques may be helpful in minimizing dietary upset. Promote slower eating. Rather than pouring food into a bowl, try spreading it out on a baking sheet or 9 inch x 13 inch pan. Avoid overeating.
