Directions

Cooking Directions: 2 cups water, 1 cup rice. Bring water to a boil. Stir in Black Rice. Cover with lid; reduce heat to low and simmer 30 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Yields approximately 3 cups.
