Directions
Place 2 heaping teaspoons of Hot Chocolate into your favorite mug. Slowly stir in very hot milk. Top with whipping cream and dust with Hot Chocolate. Place 2 level tablespoons of Hot Chocolate into your mug. Slowly stir in hot milk (6-8 oz). Top with whipping cream.
