Directions

Lighting Instructions: 1. Arrange no more than 3 lbs. Into a pyramid. Follow lighter fluid container directions. Refer to grill manufacturer's specifications and quantities. Open all grill vents, and leave grill uncovered. 2. Light pile of briquets immediately in several places. Do not use gasoline, electric starter, or chimney style starter. Do not cover grill until ready to cool. Stand back after lighting. 3. In approximately 10 minutes or when pile is predominantly ashed over, spread briquets evenly. Wait 5 minutes and begin cooking. Safe Barbecuing Tips: Do not pour lighter fluid on burning, briquets. Never use gasoline to light tire. For best results, store this bag in a dry place. Do not cover flaming briquets with grill lid. Make sure ashes are cool before discarding. Grill should be placed on a level surface. Place grill away from all flammable items (trees, overhangs, buildings, etc.). Do not use in water smoker grill. Should more cooking time be needed, add regular charcoal briquets. Close bag tightly after use.
