For this iconic recipe, we steep real mint leaves for 45 full minutes in fresh milk, cream, and sugar to create a smooth gelato with the perfect mint taste. Then, we mix in flecks of semisweet chocolate chips throughout the pint and a unique twist of anise to amplify that mint chocolate taste. At Talenti, we believe the best process and ingredients result in delicious gelato and sorbetto. That’s why we source the highest-quality ingredients from all around the world. Then, we package our products in clear, BPA-free jars that can be recycled and reused any way you like. Please note that Talenti jars are not microwave or dishwasher safe.
