Stovetop cooking instruction: in 4.5 quarts (4.26 litres) of boiling water, cook for 9-10 minutes (2 minutes less for oven cooking). Rinse with cold water for superb texture. Drain well. Wide pot recommended. Use it as you would like any regular pasta. Direct to oven. 8 pieces of lasagne, 9x13 in/23x33 cm 3qt/2.85 l baking dish. 23 oz./680 ml tomato sauce (add 7-10 oz./200-300 ml water to thin the sauce.) Place 4 lasagne pieces into the dish, add vegetables and/or meat, ricotta cheese, cover the layer with sauce completely. Place another 4 lasagne pieces, add ingredients, cover the lasagne surface with sauce completely and lavishly. Top with mozzarella cheese. Cover container with foil and bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes, then broil uncovered for 2-5 minutes for a golden cheese crust. (guidelines only) careful: dish is very hot.
