About This Coffee: We are proud to bring you this delicious Caribbean coffee. We love hearing from you and know that, like us, you care about quality, about each other, and about the environment. The farmers work hard to grow this coffee organically under natural shade. It is cultivated and harvested by hand. And in 2018 we made a big decision and became the first coffee roaster in the Nation to roast with 100% renewable biogas. We are coffee roasted for friends. We try to be a friend to the farmers, and we cherish their friendship in return. When we visit, we share meals and stories, and of course, a cafecito. Cafecito in the Dominican Republic: When you visit Dominican household, you will always be offered a small cup of black coffee, a cafecito. Dominican cafecito is traditionally brewed strong and served sweet with Dominican brown sugar.
