No artificial growth hormones (No significant difference has been shown between milk from cows treated and not treated with rBST growth hormones). Original: A unique fusion of cheddar and gruyere that melts indulgently and bakes to perfection. This crowd-pleasing addition to any cheese tray pairs well with a cool chardonnay or wheat beer.
