Recommended Uses: Specially formulated to help promote peaceful sleep*. Serving Suggestion: 3 Years through 5 Years: Take 0.5 to 1 mL dose. 6 Years through 11 Years: Take 1 to 2 mL dose. 12 Years and older: Take 3 mL dose. Suggestions for Use: Using the enclosed dropper, administer 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Take only as directed. For occasional use only. May be administered directly into the mouth or into a liquid that will be consumed immediately. After administration, a slight warming sensation in the mouth is normal. Talk with your doctor before use in children, if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medicine or are under a doctor's care for a medical condition. Do not use if safety seal is broken.
