Microwave Cooking Directions: 1. Remove bowl from outer carton. Cut slit in center of film cover. 2. Microwave on high 3 minutes. Carefully peel back film; stir. Replace film. Microwave on high 1 minute longer or until cooked through. 3. Let stand in microwave 1 minute. Carefully remove bowl from microwave. Remove film cover. Stir before serving. Microwave ovens vary; cooking times may need to be adjusted. Cooking times are based on an 1100 watt microwave oven. 4 min cook time in microwave. Cook thoroughly microwaveable. Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to cook. For food safety & quality follow these cooking directions. Internal temperature of dish should be 165 degrees F after cooking. Caution: Bowl and contents will be hot. Use pot holders when removing from microwave. Do not prepare in conventional or toaster oven. Keep frozen.
