Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place frozen scallops on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for approx. 18-20 min. Flip halfway for best results. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F and desired doneness. Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. Place frozen scallops in basket. Cook for approx. 9-11 min, or until an internal temperature of 145 degrees F is achieved and desired doneness. Must be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Keep frozen. Pull to open. Pell E-Z tab seal.
