Corn is a crop with deep roots in our Mexican heritage that our ancestors have been eating and enjoying through the ancient process of nixtamalization for thousands of years. This process changes the profile of the corn by soaking the kernels in lime and then stone-grinding them. Heritage-Inspired Nixtamalized Maiz: Because these crunch like tortilla chips but taste like a taco, we're pretty steadfast in our belief that these Taco Seasoning Corn Tortilla Chips are "all that and a bag of chips."
