1. Slice the honeydew melon, kiwi, kale, cucumber, celery, and lime to the size needed to fit through the feed tube of your juicer brand. Run through the juicer along with mint.
2. Serve immediately, straight up or over ice if desired, or chill several hours. Pour into 2 glasses, accompanied by your choice of garnish if desired.
