Local Pharmacist to join Hannaford, continue to serve customers in Waterboro
Hannaford Supermarkets has reached an agreement to purchase Good For All pharmacy in Waterboro and will begin serving its customers on June 25, after customer records are confidentially transferred to the local Hannaford store.
Good For All's owner, Pharmacist Angela Orr, will bring her expertise to the Waterboro Hannaford, located at 20 Sokokis Trail, after Good For All closes at 2 p.m. on June 24.
"I approached Hannaford about this transition because it is the right thing to do for customers and for me as a professional, given all the changes and increased complexity that is taking place within health care today," Orr said. "At Hannaford, customers will have access to the medication management expertise they need and the wonderful customer service they expect and deserve.
Waterboro's Hannaford operates its pharmacy seven days a week and remains open until 8 p.m. on weekdays. Hannaford Pharmacy offers competitive prescription prices, as well as many services, including Refills Made Simple, immunizations and free FLAVORx® to make medication taste better.
"We are looking forward to showing our new customers what Hannaford has to offer and to providing them with professional, friendly service," said Waterboro Pharmacy Manager Scott Castonguay. "Hannaford is committed to making this transition a seamless and positive one for customers."
