Topsham Hannaford, 80% Lean Ground Beef
 
Topsham, Maine – The Topsham Hannaford is advising consumers that packages of 80 percent lean ground beef purchased at the store on Monday, April 23 with a sell-by date of April 24 may contain metal fragments and should not be consumed.  This item may be returned to the store for a full refund.

No injuries or illnesses have been reported.
