Antipasto Salad Skewers
Ingredients
The classic appetizer becomes fun-to-eat skewers with tomatoes, salami, mozzarella, and olives.
1/2 (8-oz.) package fresh mozzarella pearls
1/2 (14-oz.) package Taste of Inspirations Cracker Cut Genoa Salami
1 (3-oz.) package sliced prosciutto
1 (10-oz.) package grape tomatoes
1 cup pitted Kalamata olives
1/2 (5-oz.) package spring mix
15 to 20 (10") skewers
Balsamic vinaigrette, to serve

directions
1. Alternating ingredients, thread mozzarella, salami, prosciutto, tomatoes, olives and spring mix onto skewers. Place skewers on a serving platter and serve with balsamic vinaigrette.
