1. Spray a 9-inch microwave-safe pie pan with vegetable cooking spray; dust with flour.
2. In a blender combine 1/2 cup flour, milk, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Blend 1 minute, until mixed. Pour into prepared pie pan; sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired. Microwave on high until edges are set, 5 to 6 minutes; then microwave at 50 percent power until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, another 9 to 10 minutes. The pie will rise during cooking but will deflate as it cools. Let cool for at least 5 minutes before serving. If desired, refrigerate until chilled.
3. Serve warm or chilled, topped with strawberries if desired.
