Heart-Shaped Pizza
Ingredients
Kids will love this simple heart-shaped pizza for Valentine's Day. Be sure to let the pizza dough come to room temperature so it is easier to roll.
All-purpose flour, for dusting
1 (16-oz.) bag refrigerated pizza dough, at room temperature
2 Tbsp. olive oil
20 pepperoni slices
3/4 cup Taste of Inspirations Neapolitan Style Pizza Sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment.
On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 16" heart shape. Transfer dough to prepared baking sheet. Brush dough with oil. Bake until crust is puffed and just set, 6 minutes.
Meanwhile, fold each pepperoni slice in half. Using kitchen shears, cut pepperoni into heart shapes. Remove crust from oven. Spread pizza sauce onto crust. Top with cheese and pepperoni. Return to oven and bake until crust is light golden brown and pepperoni is crisp, 8 to 12 minutes.
