1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Place ham in a roasting pan, meat side down, bone side up. Wrap exposed ham with foil or place ham in an oven-roasting bag. (Discard glaze packet included with the ham or reserve for another use.) Bake ham for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
2. Make glaze by whisking honey-ginger spread, vinaigrette, marmalade, and mustard together in a small bowl. Remove ham from oven and unwrap. Brush ham with glaze, return to oven for 10 minutes, and repeat two more times, glazing and baking. On third glazing, brush all remaining glaze onto ham. Remove ham from oven after the third glazed baking. Let ham rest for 10 minutes before carving.
3. To serve, carve ham by cutting around the bone to loosen the spiral slices. Slice most of the ham, and place slices on a serving platter along with remaining meat on the bone. Serve warm.
