Pesto Grilled Shrimp with Tomatoes
Ingredients
Summer grilling canít get any easier than with this seafood recipe. Store-bought pesto makes this a quick five-ingredient meal.
1 (16-oz.) bag large raw ez-peel deveined shrimp, thawed and peeled
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 cup Taste of Inspirations Pesto Sauce, divided
3 medium tomatoes

directions
Set grill or large grill pan to medium-high. In a large bowl, toss shrimp with garlic, lemon juice, and 1/3 cup pesto until well coated.
Place shrimp on grill and grill 1 to 2 minutes per side, until cooked through. Thinly slice tomatoes. Serve shrimp with tomatoes, drizzled with remaining 1/3 cup pesto.
