1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Take half of the container of TOI Spinach Artichoke Dip and blend it with 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella. Set aside
2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or use a silpat mat. Gently remove one of the pizza crust doughs from it's container and roll out gently across half of the sheet pan across the shorter width. Repeat with the second dough and place on the other half of the sheet pan.
3. Cut out a rectangle on each side of one short end to create a Trunk. Then starting at the opposite side, create a tree outline starting near the top center and cutting diagonally to the bottom side corners above the trunk.
4. Using a spatula or spoon, spread the Spinach dip mix over the inside triangle of the "tree", keeping the trunk clear. Use the excess side triangles that were cut away to cover the dip by flipping them over and matching up the long sides together down the center of the tree. Gently press the long seam together to create a full cover over the dip.
5. Gently, using a paring knife, create "branches" in the tree by cutting 1" horizontal strips across each side, leaving a 1" space down the middle. Take each branch and twist them 2 to 3 times to create a spiral affect. Press down each end slightly to help hold them into place.
6. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before pulling apart. Enjoy!
