Steak Tips with Veggie Pilaf
Ingredients
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. olive oil, divided
1/4 cup Hannaford Diced Red Onions
1 1/2 cups Hannaford riced cauliflower
1 (8.8-oz.) pouch Nature's Promise microwaveable brown rice
3/4 cup Hannaford Microwave Steam-in-Bag Shelled Edamame
1/2 cup Hannaford Mexican Style Corn with Red & Green Peppers
1/4 cup Hannaford No Salt Added Crushed Tomatoes
Salt and pepper
1 lb. Taste of Inspirations Angus Beef Round Tip Steak, trimmed and cut into 1 1/2" pieces
1 Tbsp. Taste of Inspirations Chipotle Bacon Flavored Seasoning
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

directions
1. Place a rack in upper-middle of oven and heat broiler to high.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large saucepan over medium until shimmering. Add onions and cook until just softened, 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in riced cauliflower, rice, edamame, corn, and tomatoes, then cover partially and cook until mixture is hot, about 5 minutes; season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Meanwhile, toss steak, seasoning, and remaining 1 teaspoon oil in a medium bowl. Transfer to a foil-lined baking sheet and spread into an even layer. Broil until steak is cooked to desired doneness, about 5 minutes for medium-rare. To serve, divide pilaf and steak among plates and sprinkle with basil.
