3/4 cup quick-cooking pearl barley, such as Quaker Quick Pearled Barley
1 1/3 cups dried green split peas
1 (1.4 or 1.8 ) pkg. vegetable soup mix, such as Knorr or Lipton
4 (1.2 oz) cubes low-sodium chicken bouillon, such as Herb-Ox brand
1 1/3 cup dry lentils
1 (3.5 oz.) container dried minced onions (about 1 cup), found in the Spice aisle
1 cup dried parsley, found in the Spice aisle
2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
4 tsp. garlic power
2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 1/3 cup dried yellow split peas
4 cups sun-dried tomato ((dry, not packed in oil - found in the Bulk section), cut in quarters with scissors
