Ingredients
Chicken Tostada
8 each Corn tortilla, 6"
4 tablespoon Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cup Cooked shredded chicken
1 each Large onion, chopped
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
4 cup Romaine lettuce, shredded
1 cup Chopped tomatoes
4 tablespoon Sour Cream, fat free

directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake tortillas until golden brown and crisp, about 10-12 minutes. Top with cheese and bake until melts, about 1 minute.
2. Lightly spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat Saute onion with the seasoning until golden. Add the chicken and heat through.
