Ingredients
Every celebration needs good salsa, and nothing pairs better in salsa than sweet corn, creamy avocado, and hot peppers. Enjoy this with Guiding Stars-earning tortilla chips.
2 c. sweet corn
2 avocados, diced
1/2 red onion, minced
1/2 jalapeno, seeded and minced
1 sm. orange pepper, seeded and minced
Juice of 1 lime
1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
1 T. vinegar
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
