1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup chopped celery
3 green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. vegan mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 romaine lettuce leaves
