1. Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Spray a 10-inch pie pan with vegetable cooking spray and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, saute ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking meat into small pieces. Add cardamom, cinnamon, and coriander, 1/4 tsp. of the salt, and 1/8 tsp. of the pepper. Cook beef for about 8 minutes, or until brown. Place in prepared pie pan, distributing evenly.
3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and season with remaining 1/4 sp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper. Stir in chopped parsley. Pour egg mixture over beef and make sure itfs distributed evenly.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until top is lightly browned and a knife nserted in the center comes out clean. Let sit for 5 minutes, cut into wedges, and serve hot or at room temperature.
