Paul's Special Day Cheese Spread
Ingredients
Notes: Hannaford is the brand of choice for the cheese ingredients. Roland is the brand of choice for the Thai chili sauce; it can be found in the International aisle. Assorted crackers are an optional ingredient.
1 3/4 cup finely shredded sharp Hannaford Cheddar cheese
1 (8-oz .) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup finely crumbled feta cheese
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black peppe
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 3/4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
1 tsp. Roland brand Thai-style spicy sweet chili sauce (in the International aisle)
1 (4- oz.) jar chopped pimentos, drained

directions
1. In a blender or food processor, mix together Cheddar, cream cheese, pepper jack, and feta until very well blended. Add seasoned salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, vinegar, mustard, and sweet chili sauce and mix until uniform in texture and consistency.
2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in pimentos.
3. Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight so flavors can blend. Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with assorted crackers.
