1. Heat oven to 425 degrees with a rack in lowest position.
2. Arrange frozen pierogi, sausage, and onion on a greased baking sheet. Drizzle with 2 teaspoons oil, season lightly with salt and pepper, and toss gently to coat. Bake until sausage and pierogi begin to brown, about 20 minutes.
3. Toss broccoli rabe with remaining 1 teaspoon oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Flip sausage and pierogi once browned, then scatter broccoli rabe over top. Continue to bake until broccoli rabe is just tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, stir together sour cream, lemon juice, dill seasoning, and chives (if using) in a small bowl. Serve alongside pierogi, sausage, and vegetables.
