1. In a medium saucepan, bring apple juice to a boil. Add gelatin packet and stir until completely dissolved. Add chilled wine and stir until mixed. Let partially set, then add fruit and pour into graham cracker pie crust.
2. Refrigerate and chill until set, at least 3 hours. To serve, cut pie into wedges. Transfer each wedge to a dessert plate. Drizzle 1 Tbsp. fruit syrup on each piece, add a scoop of whipped topping to each, and garnish with shaved chocolate.
Suggestions: Use Hannaford fat-free strawberry gelatin dessert, Hannaford graham cracker pie crust, fat-free whipped topping and dark chocolate candy bar. Frozen strawberries can be substituted with fresh strawberries, cleaned and sliced. Merlot or semi-dry red wine is recommended.
