Ingredients
2 (14-oz.) cans quartered artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 small garlic clove, grated or mashed to a paste
1 tsp. zest and 2 tsp. juice from 1 lemon
Salt and pepper

directions
1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
2. Pat artichokes dry with paper towels and transfer to a medium bowl. Drizzle with oil and toss well to coat. Place in air fryer and cook until browned and crisp, 10 to 12 minutes, shaking basket or flipping pieces halfway through.
3. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste; serve alongside artichokes.
