Avocado Pasta
Ingredients
This filling pasta dish comes together in the time it takes to boil spaghetti, and it's a treat your family will love.
2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup fresh basil
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 cup olive oil
12 oz. whole grain spaghetti, cooked
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup corn

directions
1. Combine avocado, basil, garlic and lemon juice in the bowl of a food processor. Add oil in a slow stream until well pureed.
