1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13" baking dish with cooking spray. Slice rolls in half horizontally, keeping rolls together. Place bottom half of rolls in prepared baking dish.
2. In a medium bowl, combine rotisserie chicken, buffalo sauce and dressing. Season with salt and pepper and stir to combine. Spread chicken mixture over bottom rolls. Top chicken with sliced provolone. Place top half of rolls over cheese. In a small bowl, combine melted butter and garlic. Brush garlic butter over tops of rolls. Sprinkle tops with sesame seeds.
3. Bake until tops are golden brown and cheese has melted, 12 to 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Transfer from baking sheet onto serving board and serve immediately.
