1. Prepare rice noodles according to package instructions. Meanwhile, microwave broccoli slaw in a covered bowl until slightly softened, 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl and refrigerate.
2. When noodles are tender, add noodles to bowl with slaw, then add miso-ginger sauce and water and toss to combine. Refrigerate until chilled, about 10 minutes.
3. To serve, divide noodle mixture among bowls and top with chicken, snap peas, peppers, and basil.
