Ingredients
Look for cream of coconut (rather than coconut cream) from a brand like Goya or Coco Lopez for this recipe. This recipe requires at least 2 hours of chilling time.
1 (15-oz.) can cream of coconut
1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (13.5-oz.) can unsweetened coconut milk
1 (12-oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 cup white rum
2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon, plus more for serving
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Cinnamon sticks, for serving

directions
1. Add all ingredients except cinnamon sticks to a blender and puree until well combined. Refrigerate until very cold, at least 2 hours and up to 4 days.
2. When ready to serve, divide coquito among glasses and garnish each with ground cinnamon and a cinnamon stick.
