Cucumber-Lemon Kombucha Mocktail
Ingredients
Tart, sweet and bubbly, this refreshing mocktail skips the alcohol in favor of kombucha - a fermented tea that promotes good gut health. Use any flavor you like here.
1 small cucumber
2 lemons
1 orange
1 tsp. honey
2 Tbsp. mint leaves
1 (16-oz.) bottle kombucha

directions
Thinly slice cucumber and squeeze juice from lemons and orange. To a cocktail shaker, add cucumber and honey. Tear up mint leaves and add to shaker. With a muddler or rounded end of a wooden spoon, mash cucumbers and mint.
Add lemon juice, orange juice and 1 cup ice. Cover and shake vigorously. Strain mixture into 2 tall cocktail glasses filled with ice. Top off with kombucha.
Tip: Garnish with more cucumber and mint for a special touch.
