In a food processor, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, parsley, basil, green onions, lemon juice, half of lemon zest, garlic, and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Pulse until combined and smooth. Season to taste.
Chop lobster meat into bite-size pieces. Pit, peel, and thinly slice avocado. In a large bowl, combine lobster meat, celery, and 1/4 cup green goddess dressing. Season with salt and pepper and mix to combine.
On a large platter, arrange spring mix. Top with lobster and avocado slices. Garnish with chopped chives and drizzle with remaining green goddess dressing.
