Spicy Micheladas
Ingredients
Move over, margaritas; this Mexican beer cocktail goes just as well with your Cinco de Mayo menu. Use a Mexican lager like Dos Equis or Modelo Especial.
1 tsp. coarse kosher salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 lime
Ice, to serve
1/2 cup low-sodium tomato or vegetable juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
2 (12-oz.) cans light Mexican lager

directions
In a small shallow dish, combine salt and chili powder. Halve lime and run the cut edge around the rims of 2 pint glasses. One at a time, tip a glass on its side and roll the rim in chili-salt to coat. Fill glasses with ice.
Squeeze juice from lime into a measuring cup or small pitcher, and stir in tomato or vegetable juice, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Divide mixture between pint glasses. Pour 1 can beer into each glass and stir to combine.
