Ingredients
This antioxidant-boosted smoothie is ready in just 5 minutes and with just 5 ingredients. Greek yogurt and avocado add a decadent creaminess to this refreshing breakfast or snack.
1/2 cup frozen cut-leaf spinach
1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted

directions
